Niksa Balbosa is CEO and Lead Investigator of Victory Investigations & Private Protective Services LLC. In this role, Niksa is responsible for managing a team that provides investigative services, executive protection, and legal document services for her clients.
Niksa is a licensed Private Investigator and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from UNC Charlotte. She is also a Level-One certified Fire Inspector.
As a Private Investigator, she is no stranger to private investigations, security and safety with over 20+ years’ experience as a Security and Loss Prevention Supervisor.
It was after spending 20+ years working in the industry of safeguarding staff and properties as well as leading investigations that led to the apprehension of suspects involved in internal and external theft. Niksa stepped out on faith and Victory Investigations was created in 2012. Her purpose is to be a protector for those who need it and give peace of mind to those who have questions.
Niksa is a strong believer in giving back to the community and with the creation of Victory Investigations, she can create generational wealth, provide opportunities and be an advocate for the needs of the community. Whether it is education, employment, or housing, she believes it should be equal and fair for all.
